Precision Aluminum Extrusion Production Equiepment

• We support A2024 A2017 A5052 A5056 A6061 A6063 A6026 A6066 A6082 A7003 A7005 A7050 A7075 and other aluminum alloy casting：ADC12, AlSi10Mg, ADC3,AlSi10MgMn.
• We have 600 tons, 1000 tons, 1800 tons, 2500 tons, 3600 tons, 5000 tons, 6000 tons, 10000 Tons,12500 Tons, and 20000 Tons multiple precision aluminum extrusion production lines.
• We can produce flat products within 950mmX450mm, aluminum square tubes within 450mmX450mm, and aluminum round tubes within Φ600mm.
• We have over 60 advanced precision CNC deep processing equipment, double traction extrusion equipment, high precision CNC milling machines, 6.5 meters long profile processing center, and so on.

Precision Aluminum Die Casting Production Equiepment

• We have 20 sets of 160 tons-800 tons horizontal die casting machine (high pressure casting, gravity casting)
• 80 CNC machining centers (4-Axis) – 20 of which are equipped with robots to pick up the parts.
• 80 multifunctional drilling and tapping equipment and drilling machines
